Your Areas of Responsibilities:

• Develop content calendars and schedules for consistent posting.

2) Social Media Monitoring:

• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and discussions related to diversity, inclusion, and relevant topics.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the audience.

3) Audience Engagement:

• Interact with followers and engage in conversations to build a strong online community.
• Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.

4) Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

5) SEO and Hashtag Research:

• Optimize content with relevant keywords and hashtags to improve discoverability.
• Conduct hashtag research for trending and industry-specific tags.

Your Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in using various platforms with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Knowledge of platform-specific features and best practices is a plus.
• Understanding the fundamentals of digital marketing, including social media advertising, SEO, and analytics, is valuable for planning and executing effective social media campaigns.
