Fundraising Analyst - Crowdcube Sverige 

20 week internship in collaboration with Hyper Island, Sept 2022 Norrsken House

Crowdcube is the leading retail investment platform in Europe. Close to 1,500 companies including Revolut, Citymapper, Nothing and Cowboy... have already leveraged the power of their communities to raise a total of €2.3 billion!

In January 2022, Crowdcube launched in the Nordics with offices in Stockholm. Everyday people, or retail investors', can now invest in Nordic businesses they love and care about, from as little as €10- incl sectors like FinTech, Impact, CleanTech, EdTech and FoodTech. After Nothing, Greenely and Steven, help us work with the hottest high-growth businesses in Sweden and the rest of the Nordics.

You will assist our Nordics team to grow the company in Denmark with varied missions (business development, content creation, office management). Your priority will be supporting our Fundraising Managers to start dialogues within the Danish start-up ecosystem.

Day to day you will 

Define and map Crowdcube's sales strategy in Denmark

  • Source opportunities: Find new entrepreneurs to meet every week and qualify leads from all sources (inbound, outbound, partnerships, network)
  • Grow the sales funnel and foster exchanges directly with founders
  • Immerse yourself in the Danish startup ecosystem, interact with VCs, incubators, attend events
  • Work on market studies and assist in analysing the equity crowdfunding landscape

You will also assist the team in content creation - from articles to sales assets (decks, sequences)... 

Ideally you will be 

  • A self-starter who learns quickly, takes ownership and is accountable
  • Knowledge and curiosity for the startup ecosystem (Denmark and Copenhagen a plus but not a requirement)
  • Adaptability & organisation: learn from and embrace a fast-growing business
  • Sales experience: relationship skills, commercial focus and ability to prioritise to achieve targets 
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language (Danish a plus but not a requirement) and English
