Content Creator Intern - Employer Branding

As our Employer Branding Intern, you'll be part of producing engaging material for internal and external employer branding, including imagery, graphics, video, audio, and copy. You'll collaborate closely with our Employer Branding Specialist, Matilda Buonassisi, as well as our creative and marketing teams. You’ll participate in strategy, planning, and execution, and experience every part of internal and external employer branding.

In this role you’ll:
- Work closely with the Internal Communications specialist to ideate and create content for internal communications channels, such as newsletters, intranet, Slack, and company-wide meetings
- Brainstorm and develop new creative ideas for internal and external employer branding
- Assist with photo, video and audio recording and production, including editing and publishing
- Write and edit copy for internal communications materials, ensuring that all content is clear, concise, engaging and aligned with our Tone of Voice and employer brand
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure that messaging is consistent across all internal communications channels
- Provide support for external employer branding initiatives, including creating content for our careers website and social media channels
- Currently pursuing an education (Bachelor's, Master's or vocational) in communications, marketing, content creation, graphic design or other related fields.
