To gain experience in working in a creative marketing agency.

Main Activities

Experience will be gained by supporting and shadowing staff within different departments on day to day business as identified and requested on tasks including the following:

  • Undertaking research and producing reports
  • Assisting with Client support including inputting into Client updates and presentations
  • Involvement in creative sessions
  • Researching and sourcing suppliers and items for projects
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Site visits and site reports
  • Venue research
  • Assisting with brand and competitor audits
  • Assisting on site with ‘live’ elements of campaigns
  • Administrative support
  • Arranging and attending meetings as appropriate
  • Being involved in presentation creation
  • Being involved with internal campaign development

Skills & Experience 

Must have:

  • Great enthusiasm and passion for excellence in marketing 
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Confidence and tact
  • Personable and approachable
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to get involved
  • A professional manner
  • Experience working within a Brand / Promotional / Experiential Marketing agency is a bonus but not essential
  • Training or education in marketing is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good research skills
  • A passion for sport, esport, music, culture

More details:

This opportunity is voluntary. Expenses will be paid for lunch and travel to and from the office.

The placement should be a minimum of 6 weeks, completing a minimum of 3 days per week.

This role will be based in our Manchester office.
