The Scaling School | Our mission is to empower startup teams to succeed. We want to make building a business “focused, fast, and fun.” In short, we’re a “startup for startups,” developing tools that help teams collaborate to reach their goals. Currently, our tools are geared toward business-related scaling programs, the main customer being Stockholm City’s “Stockholm Scaleup Program,” where we will train 50 startups this year.

The Project: Catch a Customer | This year, we want to develop a self-service “DIY” solution that more people can access. A game with a flatter learning curve that an audience who either doesn’t know much about /or is less interested in business development can play independently without our coaching.

We recently received some early-stage funding and are now looking for a game developer who wants to help us make a reality of the game that we have prototyped. A story-based game that helps you find your ideal customer called Catch a Customer.

Who are you? | Our core skill in the team is concept development, and we believe in testing and learning early in the process. You will co-create with us to develop the game, and as we are looking to build a usable product this year, you must have experience with game engines such as Construct 3, Unity, or similar. We seek someone who dares to challenge us with out-of-the-box thinking regarding how we can make the game engaging and which technologies to use.

Where and when? | We are Stockholm-based, and most of the work will require on-site collaboration as we are in an open ideation stage. We are looking at a starting date of early summer.
