Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager at Hopen, you get to work with developing and implementing social media strategies for social media, across all channels, to meet the company's goals. You will get to try using social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Update on all company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, etc.)
Some examples of tasks:
- Create a content calendar for all channels
- Develop engaging content
- Develop strategies to increase engagement in all channels
- Communicate with customers in all our channels, handle customer complaints and provide customer service
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity on social media channels
- Engage followers by answering questions and providing feedback
