Engaging the with high level business objectives, you will define and implement marketing strategies and concepts to support the company objectives and bringing all the exciting stories and people of our great brand to life on a world stage. You are a big picture thinker, a great storyteller and a driver of brand insights. You constantly look for opportunities and prospects to improve our brand. We are looking for a leader to inspire and develop our brand team, establish goals, execute with excellence and create accountability for results. As Brand Strategist, you should know our different customer needs and how we can help them by communicating the value of our diverse product offerings.
You will create, align and secure consistency in all our branding efforts across all departments, channels and products.
Develop branding strategy and plan through analysis of current brand design, market data and trends.
Keep track of ongoing key trends in the igaming market and possess the ability to research the market and gain suitable data for further development of the brand.
Knowledge sharing of key branding trends and insights with other marketing verticals and key company stakeholders.
Manage branding related elements of SEO, web development, graphic design, social media, events, merchandising etc.
Responsible for our corporate brand and sub-brands (SENSE 2.0+, REDUX) and to constantly look for ways to further enhance the branding of our promotional tools (BOOST and BRAG).
Create and execute brand frameworks and brand guidelines for other marketing verticals such as employer branding, events and merchandise.
Collaborate with brand agency in developing our positioning, branding strategy, corporate identity, brand elements and tone, brand value messaging etc.
People management of 1-2 team members.
Preferable work experience as a brand strategist or brand communicator with hands-on experience from brand design, digital, and communication
Be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and create success for our products
Excellent project management skills
Past experience managing marketing budgets
Result-driven, have exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form
Be able to demonstrate multitasking, highly organized with strong time management skills
Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
Nice to have
Be detail oriented, and familiar with statistics and research analysis
Ability to manage small teams of people and influence senior staff
Preferably a degree in business or marketing
