Job Description

We're looking for a native French speaker to join our marketing team. As Tictail’s first-ever Senior Associate, Community Management, you will play a critical role in defining Tictail's relationship with top sellers on our platform. You will act as their best friend and internal champion - helping our most successful brands to scale and grow even further. Tictail’s mission is to empower the self-made entrepreneur to build a global brand – and it’s the Brand Outreach team’s mission to scale success for these entrepreneurs through Tictail’s marketplace. As a Senior Associate, Community Management, it is your job to communicate with top sellers on Tictail, support them with a white glove, personalized experience, educate them on the values of our community, and help them become the most successful brands on our marketplace.

You will:

- Be the main contact person for high-value French brands and build personal relationships with them

- Establish and scale the foundational strategies of our Community Management program

- Drive new product adoption with top tier brands and educate them on the many benefits of the Tictail marketplace and community

- Be the internal voice and advocate for these merchants - sharing their feedback, requests, and concerns with the rest of the Tictail team

- Support with any technical questions a brand has about the Tictail platform

- Conceptualize, conduct and analyze surveys with brands and distil into learnings for the organization

- Identify and reach out to new brands around the world with high potential for success on Tictail

- Own reporting and presenting on the metrics of the community management program

You are:

- Excellent at communication – you convey complex ideas simply and succinctly

- An experimenter that’s driven by numbers – you are excited to test strategies, track results, and make changes based on learnings

- Endlessly creative – you always have suggestions for how a process can improve or a new strategy to test

- Incredibly detail-oriented - and can juggle multiple conversations and projects at once

- Passionate about supporting small businesses

Skills & qualifications:

- Fluency in French and English are a must

- Ease in communication via email as well as on Instagram

- Background in marketing - offer unique ideas in integrating marketing initiatives into communicating with key brands

- Quick learner - excited to understand technical concepts and translate to a creative entrepreneurial audience

- Experience in community building - ability to build trust within a high value brand audience

- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously when the majority of your team is based in New York
