We are looking for a Risk, Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity for you to work with Risk Management, to drive the closure of Audit and Compliance remarks, and to build a strong network across Group Financial Crime Prevention, its stakeholders, and the Group as a whole.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Risk, Audit and Compliance team, which is aiming to be the “umbrella team” covering GFCP’s approach across these three areas. The team centralizes capabilities that enable the organization to be on track with activities such as internal audits, compliance and risk assessments, and FC Risk management.
What you’ll be doing:
◾One-point-of-contact for GIA and Compliance for coordinating audits and monitoring
◾Coordinate and drive closure of GIA/Compliance audit remarks
◾Coordinate and secure anchoring Risk Assessment processes in GFCP, incl. uplifting existing sub-unit level frameworks and processes to a Group-wide level
◾Support in the incident management process developing and implementing the Incident management control framework
◾Report on management of risk, incidents, compliance and audit remark status

Your profile and background:
◾Experience in risk, compliance, or legal
◾A relevant Bachelor's or higher degree in Economics, Law or similar
◾Business knowledge of the financial services industry
◾Excellent written and spoken English
◾Strong analytical skills
◾Ability to structure and organise work effectively
◾Strong relationship building skills
