About the role

An exciting opportunity has now become available for Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will support the marketing department across all key elements of customer retention; CRM and Customer Communication, Promotions, Supply, Editorial and Social.

Duration: 6 months placement. 

Role description:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and supporting the marketing department, the role will focus on;

Customer CRM and Communications 

Drive loyalty and retention through the CRM programme

Manage the Nordics newsletter calendar and optimize in line with business KPIs

Produce regular CRM and customer analysis based on activity

Promotions - assist in implementing the Nordics promotional strategy, ensuring activity is aligned with business KPIs and budgets

Conduct analysis, tracking, key insights and recommendations on marketing campaigns and promotions to optimize performance + initiate new activity to optimize

Produce traffic and sales reports using a variety of reporting tools                     

Buyers and Sellers

Assist in initiating and implementing actions to drive existing Nordic buyers and member base

Initiate and implement marketing actions across key channels to retain sellers and increase Nordic deposits to the marketplace

Nordic Editorial Support

Work with the global editorial team, improve retention of customers through a varied editorial & social calendar

Manage the Nordic editorial calendar, ensuring activity is optimized for the local market

Copywriting for the Nordic website

Support the global social media department, by providing Nordic Social Media content

About you

Pro-active, highly motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven individual with a strong work ethos and willingness to go the extra mile

Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Aptitude with numbers and commercial acumen

Ability to work as part of a team and but also work autonomously

Flexible attitude with the ability to cope with evolving business requirements of a rapidly growing business

Experience of using all Microsoft Office packages with excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills

Role details:

Based in the Paris HQ office in a central Parisian location

Monday to Friday, full time role 9.30am – 6pm

The internship is a 6 months placement.
