Today &frankly is a powerful tool to drive employee engagement and positive change within organisations. We constantly get feedback that we solve a real need on the market and have welcomed some of Sweden’s most well-known companies (SAS, NetEnt and Fortum to mention a few) as customers. Now it’s time to ramp up our go-to-market initiatives and we are looking for a talented individual to help speed up our growth.

Contribute to our continuous growth by making sure we have high ROI on our digital marketing efforts, provide a good customer experience and high conversion rates on our sites.

Needless to say, this is a key position for driving our growth going forward. You will be responsible for making sure all paid and organic channels are optimised and delivering MQL and sign ups. This includes making sure our campaigns, website and all landing pages always meet customer needs and show high conversion rates. You will be our primary analytical star and make sure the rest of the team stay data-informed so we prioritise the right marketing initiatives, messaging etc. You will also be responsible for our marketing tech stack, ensuring it's developed and integrated in the best way possible. You will start working towards our home market (Sweden) but will soon be challenged with developing and executing campaigns in new markets to create traction.

You will be based in the growing marketing department where you will have a close collaboration with our content managers and designer. Together you will make sure we drive growth in the most efficient way possible across all our market segments.

You have a structured and data-driven approach and like to dig into the numbers to identify the most efficient funnels, SEO improvements and copy for different target groups
You can work independently, set your own deadlines and enjoy the responsibility that others will rely on your work every single day
Always looking for new creative ways to drive growth and transform insights into growth activities
Previous experience with owning and constantly improving a marketing tech stack (Hubspot is our core)
Capable of doing minor frontend adjustments to increase UX and conversion rate where you see potential for improvement
Experience with SaaS and working with a digital sales funnel
Interest in leadership and employee engagement is a big plus
