Role description

The Growth Marketing Managers's main responsibility is to cost efficiently establish a high ROI growth through analysis and data-driven insights. The Growth Marketing Managers's over all objectives are to:

Develop and optimize processes for managing revenue-driving campaigns

Perform deep analysis to source, test, optimize and scale a variety of acquisition channels

Take necessary actions based on data driven insights and business intelligence

Therefore, the candidate is expected to have excellent analytical and growth management skills. The GMM will be part of Instantor´s new marketing team and have a central role in Instantor’s growth strategies and execution.


Growth strategy: Cost efficiently and strategically work with key metrics necessary to establish customer-focused and results-oriented campaign strategies. Utilize business intelligence to determine if gaps are present and devise a strategy for moving forward and scale user growth and profitably

Growth creation: Compose well-researched, highly actionable growth strategies to attract, engage and convert customers

Growth management: Analyse data to monitor marketing performance (e.g. volumes and activity, key demographics & trends, etc.) and discover areas for improvement. Develop analytics framework and tools for measuring marketing performance

Growth optimization: Develop and optimize revenue-driving campaigns targeted at specific segments

Concrete examples of work tasks include but are not limited to:

Working with sales and CMO to identify and optimize the funnel to drive MQL and SQL's

Setting up and running tests to optimize the funnel (i.e. Adwords campaigns, onsite conversion optimization, Display banners)

Measuring PBT, LTV, CAC for marketing campaigns to activate, on-board, retain, and monetize

Segmentation of profitable customer groups

Identifying and setting up marketing automation flows

Develop, test, and iterate on new creative concepts for Instantor´s advertising channels and connect the message through optimizing current and new landing pages

Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion and other key performance metrics

Work with and analyse large amounts of data 

Professional experience


2+ years experience in performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, growth marketing role or other quant/data driven fields

Understanding of full marketing-tech stack; CRO, Digital Marketing (AdWords, display), Analytics, SEO, SQL, Python, and excel

Experience in quantitative analysis, optimization, user acquisition marketing

Experience in analysing complex data and arriving at actionable recommendations

Highly proficient in analysing data in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas etc)


FinTech experience

UI and UX experience- understands human centred design and holistic digital experiences

Network with new potential clients

Experience working with a start-up or fast moving work environment

Experience working in a data-driven business environment

Agency experience is a plus
