Job Description

Pretto PR is a communications agency for lifestyle brands. Clients segments include fashion, beauty, design, jewellery, food and drinks. Pretto PR offers their clients integrated PR solutions, customised to each client's needs.

As Head of Digital, you will lead, build and develop Pretto PR's digital business. The role includes strategic and operative work in all things digital. The candidate will have the ultimate responsibility of delivering outstanding quality in all digital projects, in accordance with each client's respective profile. You will also be responsible for refining and managing Pretto PR's clients' brands and devise creative concepts, all from a digital perspective. Beyond this, you will be responsible for the revenue of the digital business and are expected to maintain a business-driven and sales-optimising relationship with the agency's clients. The candidate is also expected to have thorough negotiation experience, a long-term strategic perspective and exceptional project management skills


Strategic responsibilities:

• Lead, build and develop Pretto PR's digital business

• Be ultimately responsible for all digitally related delivery in various projects

• Work in a business and sales-driven manner and strive for profitable growth

• Continuous strategic development of business and communications for the agency


Tasks and responsibilities

• Be ultimately responsible for the digital business

• Be part of and manage key projects

• Be responsible for project management and development of the digital offering of Pretto PR

• Ensure creative, timely delivery of high quality to clients

• Set and meet strategies and goals for the digital business

• Collaborate with other business areas

• Process new clients

• Work to retain existing clients through high quality delivery and thorough follow-up

• Keep updated on the latest trends in digital communications and PR and applying these for in a thoughtful way for best delivery

• Identify and propose strategic and operative  strategiska och operativa improvement areas for the agency


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Basic requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications and branding at an agency or in-house with a focus on digital and social media

• Excellent qualifications in digital communications and PR

• Good understanding of the PR role and the PR and communications industry's mission

• Confidence in negotiations, communications and presentation techniques

• Solid project and event management experience with successful results

• Very good analytical skills and financial understanding

• Solid track-record of creative deliveries and campaigns

• Communicatively strong both verbally and in writing

• Great knowledge of communication strategies, methods and control

• High working capacity and tactical abilities
