In this role you have the strategic and operational responsibility for driving all B2B marketing and communication activities across our global clients . You will work with a variety of tasks and projects aiming to maintain and strengthen Universum’s brand with our Global Accounts and to drive the business forward. You will work closely together with the sales organization, and get an insight into how some of the biggest companies in the world work to attract and recruit the right talent. You will also be part of the global marketing team with colleagues all over the world and great opportunities for international cooperation and best practice sharing.
All marketing activities in the Global Accounts team e.g. campaigns and lead generation to support the sales team
All communication activities in the Global Accounts , e.g. press relations and content marketing
Manage all Universum’s B2B events with our Global Accounts, e.g. employer branding seminars and award ceremonies

are experienced in building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospects, media partners and agencies
have excellent social skills
have 2-5 years of marketing experience, media relations and/or event management is a plus
have a degree in marketing, business administration or communication
are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, other languages are a plus
have digital skills (content marketing, SEO, social media etc)
knowledge of marketing automation
