Currently, we are looking for Marketing Manager, Sweden to join our growing ResQ family.

Your primary ResQ mission

- Work relentlessly to increase the throughput of user acquisition journey from awareness to first purchase in Sweden

Your secondary ResQ missions

- Develop ResQ brand and own its application in the Swedish market
- Own organic and paid acquisition channels (web, social, search)
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track marketing metrics for ROI measurement
- Work with our product team to write compelling messaging that enables your market to understand the product, see the value in it and be convinced they need it
- Take deep-dives into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact
- Track progress against goals and adjust accordingly

Who we're looking for

- Experience working in B2C marketing
- A person who thrives in the middle of change. Every day is different here with unique set of challenges.
- Someone that is always hungry to learn new things and teach others. So basically we expect you to be a wizard of Google searches
- A hacker by nature, building automation workflows using our ever-evolving marketing stack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence both customers and colleagues
- An in-depth understanding of organic growth channels
- A systems thinker by nature: you lift bottlenecks by repeatable processes instead of going for one-time victories
- Ability to analyze data and trends
- You don’t label yourself as a technical marketer – you know that the technical is already embedded to the marketer itself
- A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment
- A desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere

Bonus Points

- You have experience in marketplace user acquisition
- You have experience working with consumer mobile products
- You’ve worked at a high-growth startup before
- You have experience working with a cross-channel customer engagement platform, such as Urban Airship, Braze, Leanplum, Localytics or similar
- You have experience in data tooling and/or can integrate different cloud services seamlessly together without engineering support
- You know your JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- You have working proficiency also in other languages than Swedish and English

Working environment

- You’ll work as part of our 8-person Nordics team, working together on all things consumers with 2 marketers located in Helsinki
- You can be located either in Stockholm or Helsinki, depending on your preferences
- You work closely with the Regional Director to set goals, but have autonomy to execute the tactics you see best fitting to hit your goals
- You’ll work closely with our COO to align on and develop our global marketing playbook


Depending on your skills and experience, your yearly base salary is 42 000 - 54 000 € (420 000 - 540 000 SEK).
