You are responsible for the festival's marketing work, where the main goal is to increase tickets and memberships. Youre planning and implementing marketing campaigns and are responsible for the communication with the audience, partners and press. At the marketing department, a marketing coordinator also works, in the autumn, the department will be expanded temporarily with 3-4 people for which you are responsible. You report directly to the festival manager and are part of the management team.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented marketer with experience of operating digital marketing campaigns with good results. You have been working 1-2 years in a marketing department and are ready to take the next step in your career. You are a driven person, outgoing, prestigeless and a good writer with good knowledge of the Swedish language. It is meritorious if you have experience with web publishing tools and a background in sales (B2B & B2C).
You have a bachelor's degree in communication and marketing and experience in staff management. You are interested in film and culture and obviously visit the festival every year.
