We are looking for a data-driven, curious and structured Marketing Technologist to join our fast-growing marketing team and develop M’s marketing infrastructure and technology and optimize the marketing efforts from the platforms. We’re looking for an online marketing expert who wants to be a part of our journey towards enabling more people to move—freely, meaningfully, and sustainably.
Our Martech stack will enable us to orchestrate a seamless, relevant and personalized customer dialogue across channels throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will also be responsible to ensure that the website and marketing automation platform and associated technical solutions are used in an efficient and effective way to run day to day operations.
In this role, you will lead our marketing platforms, from leading projects on further developments to optimizing hands on and collaborating internally and with our partners. You’ll be a part of the global marketing team and be part of scaling our marketing activities and platforms on a global scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, develop and deliver Martech projects and initiative in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders
Defining requirements and functionality for new developments, acquiring new solutions/ technologies/systems or finding suppliers within marketing
Owner of our marketing platforms (CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM etc.)
Responsible to coach and support internally and agencies within these marketing platforms
Make sure that the marketing platforms will enable data driven marketing seamlessly
Scale and roll out the ways of working and the platforms and educate local markets
To catch our eye, you have most of the following…
Hands-on experience in Marketing platforms/channels and data driven marketing in an omnichannel environment
Experience from project leader of setting up different systems
Creative and strong problem solver with an ambition to challenge traditional ways of working with technology
Excellent communication skills, including an ability to easily convey knowledge to others
A self-starter with a positive attitude
Good project skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability make data-driven decisions to optimize and test new opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excitement to share your work with the team
Positive team mindset and outcome-oriented drive
Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus!)
