About the Trainee Programme
We are now looking for three trainees for our business areas Retail & Associations, Bank & Members and Direct B2B, to start in January 2019. The programme spans over twelve, eventful months and includes four internships in different areas of OKQ8 Scandinavia, such as Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Logistics and New Business. During each internship, you’ll take part in ongoing work and projects, whilst, simultaneously, being offered coaching and a structured mentorship. In addition, the framework for the programme is not written in stone, as it is important for us that the programme is individualised based on your capability, experience and interest. We expect that you, as a trainee, will develop quickly, while building a valuable network of colleagues and new friends. Upon completion of the programme you will be offered an open-ended contract within OKQ8 Scandinavia.
