We are looking for a great Retention marketing intern to our young and multi-cultural Babyshop Group! Are you eager to work in a really fast paced organization with the goal to become the greatest worldwide online retailer for kids and also to become a top place to work? Do you love working operational and tactical with retention marketing/ecommerce?

Then this is the role for YOU!

We are looking for a structured, proactive and entrepreneurial person to work with within the retention team, primarily with email and retargeting.

Key Responsibilities:

To maximize the quality (how we communicate) and the relevance (who we address) of the emails given the resources you have to your disposal

Execute campaigns – putting together emails

Monitoring key KPIs for each campaign to make sure that target is reached

Monitor and improve marketing automation flows

Support the website team to support the goals for our campaigns
