As a result, we are experiencing an influx of student inquiries and need to expand our Student Recruitment team with talent to help us manage and grow student outreach.

As a Student Recruiter, you build relationships with students from around the world who are interested in learning about our programs. Together with a small agile team, you build relationships with, and support prospective students in their application- and decision process.
As a member of the Swedish team and reporting to the Team Lead of Student Recruitment, you will become a key part of the Recruitment Team with a shared goal and focus on achieving our recruitment targets across Hyper Island’s full time programs in Sweden.
*Responsibilities & tasks*
Drive recruitment and conversion by direct outreach via phone, email and events.
Nurture relationships to inspire, inform and convert to student attendance.
Proactively manage our CRM database to ensure quality follow up with applicants and prospective students.
*Experience & Competence*
Previous work experience from sales and customer service.
Complete University degree or similar Higher Education.
A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone and in writing.
Superb verbal and written communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
