We are now looking for driven and analytical Finance Trainee to our Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) in Sweden. Join our winning team!

What will you be doing?
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a three-year program where you will have the opportunities to see the whole business and try different roles within our organization, for ex. Controlling, Business Partnering, Accounting or Business Data Analytics. You will be part of the Nordic and European team and will therefore fast create a big network across the whole business.

In a Finance role with the Unilever Future Leaders Program, you will directly input into Unilever's long, medium and short-term plans as well as our cost reduction programs and innovation projects. Finance plays a critical role across every aspect of our business. We enable the business to turn our ambition and strategy into sustainable, consistent and superior performance.

What do we look for?
It is important that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills. But most important is an analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive and who takes ownership for tasks and get things delivered.

-Master’s degree with strong academic track record

-Maximum of two years working experience after graduation

-Extracurricular activities and/or work experiences outside the academic world, that displays your commercial awareness, drive and leadership potential

-Preferably some international experience

-Fluency in English and one of the following Nordic languages: Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian
