We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative UX Researcher to join our User Experience team in creating the future of mobility products and services. Someone who is passionate about creating world-class digital experiences, that thrives in an iterative design and insight-driven product development environment, and has a natural approach to developing evidence-based product strategies to support the behaviour and lives of real people.
Who you are
You have 5+ years experience working at a design-driven and consumer-focused digital product company, and/or in a research role
You have a track record of impactful research that drives great insights and user experience
You're actively involved in defining product strategy
You have broad experience and knowledge of design thinking, and qualitative research methods
You are comfortable leading, planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating design research
You are familiar with behavioural science and quantitative research methods, including ethnography, contextual interviews, lab and remote usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and trend research
You are comfortable with metrics and A/B tests, and are able to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative user research
You proactively identify usability concerns within the product, select the best methodology to clarify the issues, conduct the research, and present actionable recommendations to improve designs
You have a refreshing approach to prototyping methods as way of validating product and service hypothesis
Your team collaboration skills are unparalleled
