AI is a core part of how we work — both as a creative and strategic tool internally, and as an integrated element of the content we produce. We continuously explore new ways of working where technology, aesthetics, and creative thinking intersect, with a focus on staying ahead of the curve rather than following predefined templates.

We work closely with our clients and projects — from idea, concept, and creative direction to production and final delivery. There is significant room to influence the creative output, and we often collaborate in tight-knit teams where ideas are developed collectively and where quality, craft, and execution are equally important.

What We’re Looking For

We are open to both interns and freelancers who want to work creatively in a modern agency environment with a fast pace and a high level of creative responsibility. With us, you will have the opportunity to be involved in creative direction and concept development, as well as working on content for major brands.

Depending on your background and interests, tasks may include:

• Creative direction and concept development
• Design and visual work (graphic design, layout, presentations)
• Content creation (photography, video, AI-generated content, copywriting, social media)
• Development of brand expressions and campaign ideas
• Research, ideation, and creative processes
• Assisting with and participating in productions and client projects
• Digital work related to websites, campaigns, and content structure

We are looking for individuals who are curious, self-driven, creative, and comfortable working in teams, and who want to help shape both processes and final outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with creative leads, develop your creative thinking, and actively contribute to projects from start to delivery.
