Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our platform's reach among second-hand stores in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with second-hand clothing stores to sell our subscription-based platform.
  2. Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our platform's features, benefits, and advantages to effectively communicate these to potential clients.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy, including identifying key sales targets, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales pipelines.
  5. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by securing new customers and retaining existing ones.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help improve our platform and better meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in sales and a passion for driving results.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  4. Knowledge or experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
  5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and part-time.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based, and the Sales Manager will earn a percentage of the monthly recurring revenues generated from the stores they bring on board. The more stores you sign up, the more you earn.
