In our user experience design team, we bring people closer to the Red Bull brand by designing digital experiences. Due to the increasing demand for compliant, scalable, and on-brand consumer experiences, the Red Bull Design System is more important than ever and keeps growing.

Therefore, we’re looking for a young talent with fresh ideas and a deep interest in user experience design and the digital industry. In this position, it's key to build in-depth knowledge about our brand, digital product landscape, consumer behavior, and user needs. Job rotations can help talents gain such knowledge while further improving the Red Bull Design System as well as consumer experiences. Furthermore, Graduates can build an internal network which is key for establishing a global design system.
