Senior Digital Visual Designer

At Edenspiekermann Amsterdam, we're looking for a passionate and inquisitive Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our team.

As a Senior Digital Visual Designer, you see no boundary between form and function. You are detail-oriented and multi-skilled, pushing the boundaries of expressive visual design with a good understanding of user experience, user interface, and branding.

In a collaborative and tight-knit environment like ours, you will work closely with our Designers, Strategists, Design Researchers, and Directors to create smart and innovative digital products and services that reignite industries and reshape businesses.

Who are we looking for

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Ability and desire to solve complex design problems and the strategic skills to deliver best-in-class solutions
• Driven by a strong aesthetic vision, with impeccable execution for all design aspects, from conceptual thinking to motion, visual design, and prototyping
• The ability to articulate rationales and communicate your designs to the team and clients
• A positive mindset and a personal dedication to making the best out of your projects
• Proven ability to not only oversee creative work but also collaborate with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English and Figma (Dutch is not required)

What will you do

• Design websites, products, and other digital experiences
• Make strategic design choices that bridges the gap between user needs and business objectives
• Ensure all projects maintain a high degree of quality, and consistency with attention to detail
• Participate in all project phases, from strategy to optimization and production
• You'll be working within a flat organization, closely with our directors and other designers
