Background

Boulder is a consulting agency and incubator built by tech, design and business strategy experts. We were founded in 2020 and today have around 45 employees based out of our office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm and have just opened in Gothenburg.

Boulder is built by and around people. People who are passionate about creating great products. We are proud of what we build and work and invest in people and products we truly believe in. Together with our customers, we make companies more successful. We ensure that the best competence in business strategy, tech and design is in the right place. At Boulder we like to do things together. Things that make us stronger and create memories. We believe in openness, friendliness and playfulness. In other words, we like to have fun.

Mission

As we grow, we have identified a need to develop our own brand identity. Work with this has become suffering as we have put all our focus on primarily solving the challenges of good customers. The cobbler's child syndrome.

We need to define our colors, fonts, imagery, and graphics, ensure accessibility, and possibly update logos. We see this as an important mission and as an important step in our development as a company. The new identity will be the basis for web, marketing, internal and employer branding.

We are now looking for a hungry design student who wants to join and drive the designer in this project together with us. We will offer an internship with a high ceiling and a project that will lead to a concrete result to be used in a portfolio and the like. The mentor for the project and internship is a project manager and strategist with experience working with some of the world's biggest brands. A senior digital designer and a writer will also be continuously involved in the process.

Goal

With the new identity as a starting point, we want to drive x number of new businesses and increase the number of job seekers by x percent.
