Would you like a unique opportunity to be a part of shaping Nordea’s future competitiveness by supporting the recruitment of the right talent? We are now looking for a Student to support Talent Acquisition in all recruitment related tasks.

The open position is a part time assignment for a given period – approximately 2 days per week / we’re flexible about this (!) – at our offices in Oslo. Ideal for you who are studying and are interested in HR and recruitment.

About this opportunity

Welcome to us in TA Norway! We add value by proactively attracting and approaching potential candidates with a shared mission of find the perfect fit for them and Nordea. We are a small team of 3 full-time recruiters, serving local leaders with the best in class service for recruitment support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Recruiters with all recruitment related tasks
  • Creating great candidate experience
  • Advising and supporting hiring people leaders when required
  • Proactively participating in continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition area
  • Coordinating and following out the recruitment process from start to end

You’ll join a multinational team of dedicated people, who find recruitment to be the most exiting job. The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:

  • Relevant academic background – preferably with ongoing studies
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language
  • Motivation and interest in people and HR matters
