At The Scaling School, our mission is to empower startup teams, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to find solutions and drive positive change. Through our workshops and tools, we provide entrepreneurs with hands-on knowledge in building real businesses. We help them to build tactics to identify and reach market opportunities and overcome obstacles that arise during the scaling process. We are creating a world-class business school that brings valuable knowledge and cultivates a supportive and collaborative startup community.

As a Business Coach and Delivery Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the success of startup teams. Your key responsibilities are to coordinate, drive, and participate in delivering workshops and support to startup teams. Additionally, you will update our social media channels weekly and provide valuable input and feedback on our products. You will also be responsible for documenting and improving our workshop best practice handbook.

This position offers excellent learning opportunities in practical business development, taking startups from idea to market, as well as coaching and team development. We value your time and dedication, and as such, this position offers a paid internship opportunity. The position is part-time, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. While there are some fixed weekly meetings, such as online support meetings with startup teams and coordination meetings, the remaining work hours will be flexible for marketing and support inquiries. We also hold weekly planning meetings to ensure smooth operations.

We prefer that you meet the following criteria:

🚀 Thrives in a fast-paced startup and business environment

🎓 University-level student, studying business or within a similar field

📝 Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish

⏰ Ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines

💡 Positive, proactive, and people-first attitude

💻 Previous experience with digital tools (Slack, Figma, Miro) is a plus
