The Global Ericsson Brand team is looking for a talented design student to join our team as intern! This is a 6 month full-time internship to begin with. A successful performance will open up possibilities for prolongment.

Our brand team represent and support all Business Areas, Market Areas and Group Functions at Ericsson. We are developing the Ericsson brand and sub-brands, ensuring they are compelling and differentiated in the eyes of our target audiences. In addition, the team is also responsible for driving our global approach to brand design, and crafting its translation into marketing, communications, and product design. 

What you will do 

As a Brand Design intern you’ll work with a small but experienced and award-winning team, responsible for developing and maintaining the Ericsson brand identity. As an intern you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh and bold ideas on a wide range of projects, from digital interfaces and presentation decks, to events and printed collateral, but also to learn about the development and maintenance of brand management and UX design systems for a global company. By collaborating with the rest of the brand team, internal stakeholders and world-class agencies in Sweden and globally, you’ll also gain important insights on other brand aspects like brand architecture, brand strategy or employer branding.

You will bring 

- 2-3 years as student at a graphic design, digital design or communication design school

- A design portfolio that shows attention to detail, passion and boldness for new ideas

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint (UX software - e.g. Sketch, Figma - is a bonus)

- A desire for learning and immersing yourself in topics related to innovation and technology

- A great, positive can-do attitude and ability to make the best of constructive feedback

- An ability to present and discuss ideas with a diverse range of stakeholders

- An ability to work in hybrid environments
