Do you want to create a visual brand for a Minibrain biotech company?

Who we are

BrainZell is a deep tech company that creates human cell-based brain models to develop novel neurological treatments. We are a Swedish start-up that specializes in the culture and use of stem cell-derived human brain organoids for early stages of drug discovery and toxicity studies.

We aim to improve the efficiency of pre-clinical drug development by providing advanced human cell-based 3D test models to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, thus reducing the use of animals in pre-clinical drug development.

Scope of the internship

As a marketing intern, you will work closely with our team to help develop and implement the visual strategy.

You will work with a CEO who is extremely skilled in creating, building, and leading research-based companies, a Business developer, who excels in sales and customer development, and a CSO, who is a neuroscientist and an expert in human brain organoids, skillful in the purpose-driven design of innovative technologies.

You will help with creating marketing materials, especially visual website content and graphic outline of investor pitch decks. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and informative content to help promote Brainzell's services.

What do we need?

  1. Create the overall visual and graphic content strategy.
  2. Improve the graphic and visual content on our website to make it more eye-catching, digestible, and user-friendly.

We are also flexible and happy to help you redefine the scope of the internship according to your expertise and aspirations.

This internship is planned for the summer, ca June - September 2023, but the timeline can be flexible.

Who are you?

  • A creative thinker with experience in content creation, website design, and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is a plus.

What do you get in return?

This is not a paid internship opportunity, however, it is an opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in the cutting-edge field of human brain organoids for neurological drug discovery. There are only a few companies in the world that produce human mini-brains and you can be part of the one in Nordics. This internship will also be an excellent opportunity for you to network, meet our mentors and take part in the activities organized by our business incubator STING, named the world’s best start-up incubator. We are happy to provide you with feedback and guidance and will be available to provide references in the future.
